How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since April, 2013.


What makes you different from your competitors?

We are different from our competitors because we love what we do. Each product is handmade by artisans from Latin America. Each package is packed with love and care.


Where do you operate from?

We are located in Florida.

Do you have a physical store?

We don't have a physical store but we do in-person festivals and events around Orlando and the Tampa Bay Area.


Returns

What is your return policy?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 3 days of delivery to this email yourfriends@latinamericanboutique.com
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. The item has to be in excellent condition to be returned. As soon as I received the package back, I will refund the money for the item but not the shipping or I can exchange the item for another product..

Your order will be shipped the next business day after your purchase.

Do you ship packages internationally?
Yes, we do ship packages to some countries in Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania.
What are your shipping details?
All orders are FREE shipping. Our products are packed in Florida. Estimated shipping times:
United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 3-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
